Terms of Delivery
- Minimum order: 1 full box.
- Availability: all products are available from stock unless stated otherwise on the website.
- Glow in the Dark Cups, Colour & Fluor Cups: are coloured or transparent fluorescent glasses. Delivery times, possibilities and prices on request. Minimum order of 1,000 units, unless in stock.
- Delivery: free of charge to 1 address in the Netherlands or Belgium when purchasing 1 full box. For deliveries to other countries, the shipping costs will be charged.
- Packaging: all products are packed in cardboard boxes as standard. Available at an additional cost in durable plastic boxes with lids.
- Delivery time: for products that are in stock 1 to 3 working days. If you place an order and pay before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped the same day. When products are out of stock the delivery time is approx. 1-8 weeks depending on the type of glass and possible desired printing. Various types of glasses are in stock, otherwise production will follow after receipt of a signed order confirmation.
- Payment: must be received in advance before delivery by Dutch Cups via a bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices: net per unit in euros excluding VAT 21%. For Belgium, the 0% VAT rate applies, provided that a valid VAT number is provided. Prices for order quantities larger than 25,000 units are available on request. Price changes subject to changing raw material prices and/or other factors that influence production costs.
- Printing: printing options, printing prices and delivery times are available on request.
- Terms and Conditions: the general terms and conditions of delivery as filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Lelystad under number 96065 also apply.
