Order glasses
Making an order at Dutch Cups via the webshop is safe and simple.
- You choose the desired product and the desired quantity of boxes. You add these to your cart and continue to the checkout.
- You fill in your details or you can login to your account and your details will be filled in for you. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one.
- Always check your order and fill in your details correctly.
You complete your order by paying through our payment options, iDEAL | Wero, bank transfer, Belfius Direct Net, Bancontact/Mister Cash, KBC/CBC or Sofort Banking.
Delivery of glasses
Dutch Cups partly has its own delivery service and partly works with DHL as a courier service for loose package shipments or with transport companies for large pallet shipments. Delivery arrangements are always made together with you. The delivery may be different and may take longer if the products are printed.
Many of our products are available directly from stock. Orders from €100 are delivered free of charge to the specified location in the Netherlands and Belgium. Deliveries must always be signed for upon receipt.
For orders below €100, we charge €7.95 shipping costs including VAT. For shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the applicable shipping costs will be charged separately.
The average delivery time for our products that are in stock is 1 to 3 working days. If you place an order and pay before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped the same day.
Products that are not in stock must be produced first and therefore have a delivery time of 1-8 weeks, depending on the type of product and quantity. The delivery time for printed products is also on average between 3-8 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Longer delivery times may apply for orders above 50,000 units.
