Trade Vision Dutch Cups “Fair trade practices”

Dutch Cups adheres to European codes of conduct for fair and equitable commercial practices.

Dutch Cups rejects any form of corruption and bribery. No employee or director will accept or give large gifts (with a value of > € 100) or other benefits from or to customers, suppliers, business partners or governments. Employees and management of Dutch Cups may not abuse their position within the company to request, accept or grant personal benefits.

Dutch Cups works with written agreements with its customers and suppliers and according to the principle that written agreements must always be fulfilled. When exchanging information, competition laws and other applicable laws must be strictly observed and the parties must take reasonable care that the information provided is accurate and not misleading. The confidentiality of information must be respected, unless the information is already public or has been independently obtained by Dutch Cups in a lawful manner and in good faith. Confidential information is used exclusively by Dutch Cups and its employees for the purpose for which the information was provided. All parties cooperating and contracting with Dutch Cups throughout the supply chain bear their own appropriate entrepreneurial risks and responsibilities. All contracting parties do not use threats to gain an unjustified advantage or to pass on costs in an unjustified manner. This is not accepted by Dutch Cups and will have direct consequences for the cooperation.

Compliance with the prohibition of child labor and forced labor, in accordance with the legal provisions, are fundamental principles of Dutch Cups’ corporate policy.

No employee shall be subject to discrimination, harassment or prejudice based on gender, age, national origin, race, origin, religion, religious or political views, disability, sexual orientation or any other characteristic.
